General Conditions

Cancellation policy

• In case of cancellation four months before the match camp, the full (100%) team fee will be refunded.
• If canceled three months before the match camp, half (50%) of the team fee will be refunded.
• If canceled later than two months, no (0%) of the team fee will be refunded. 

In case of illness for a team member or accompanying, a medical certificate is required for a full refund. This must be presented no later than 12:00 the day before the match camp in question. Note that it is therefore not accepted to present a medical certificate on site for a refund.

Insurance

It is the responsibility of the team manager to ensure that all participants are insured during game time. Each individual is personally responsible for their own off-field insurance. Please note that EMC does not provide any collective insurance policies covering injury, illness, theft or vandalism.

Canceled Match Camp

EMC disclaims responsibility for refunds and is not responsible for any financial loss or damage that may occur as a result of events beyond the control of Eckerö Match Camp. Such events may include war-like situations, fires, floods, interruption of public communications, government intervention, strikes or other force majeure events.
