Accommodation
Thanks to our partnership with Ålandhotels, we can offer all teams and their accompanying family members preferential rates on accommodation at either Hotel Savoy or Hotel Adlon. All bookings for players and leaders are handled by Eckerö Match Camp. We would like to see that bookings for accompanying guests are also made via Eckerö Match Camp.
Players, leaders and accompanying guests can choose between three- or four-bed rooms, double rooms (two beds) and single rooms. When booking a double or single room, there is an additional cost, which is specified under the fee information.
Fees
Fees for team members
- Registration fee/team: 380 EUR/team
- Accommodation in a triple/four-bed room: 190 EUR/person*
- Double room supplement: 60 EUR/two nights/person*
- Single room supplement: 120 EUR/two nights/person*
* The price includes:
- Breakfast x2 (Saturday and Sunday)
- Lunch x1 (Saturday)
- Dinner x2 (Friday and Saturday)
There is no charge for children under two years of age. Children between two and five years of age pay half price. Children over five years of age pay full price.
Fees for accompanying persons
- Accommodation in a triple/four-bed room: 150 EUR/person**
- Double room supplement: 60 EUR/two nights/person **
- Single room supplement: 120 EUR/two nights**

General Conditions
Team Fee and Cancellation: The team fee is payable upon registration for the Match Camp. In the event of cancellation, the team fee will only be refunded if a replacement team is found to take over the place at the same cost.
Medical Certificate in Case of Cancellation: In the event of cancellation due to illness in connection with the trip to Åland, a medical certificate must be submitted to the organiser no later than 12:00 the day before departure. If the medical certificate has not been received by this deadline, the cancellation cannot be accepted. Please note that it is not possible to submit the medical certificate to the hotel upon arrival on the same day.
Insurance
It is the responsibility of the team manager to ensure that all participants are insured during game time. Each individual is personally responsible for their own off-field insurance. Please note that EMC does not provide any collective insurance policies covering injury, illness, theft or vandalism.
Canceled Match Camp
EMC disclaims responsibility for refunds and is not responsible for any financial loss or damage that may occur as a result of events beyond the control of Eckerö Match Camp. Such events may include war-like situations, fires, floods, interruption of public communications, government intervention, strikes or other force majeure events.
