A match camp for young footballers

This weekend is specifically designed for boys born in 2014 and is aimed in particular at Academy or Ambition teams playing at difficult or extra difficult level.

Welcome to Eckerö Match Camp for boys born in 2014. More information for registered teams can be found below under the tab "Info for registered teams"

Accommodation is booked through Eckerö Match Camp. This applies to all players and leaders. We would like to see that family members also book accommodation through Eckerö Match Camp. See more information about accommodation and fees here.

Each team is responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Åland.

All teams are guaranteed five matches. Each match is played between a Finnish and a Swedish team. 

All teams will play a match on Friday, a few hours after arrival. Three matches are played on Saturday and one match on Sunday, before departure home. 

The game schedule is sent out about a month before the current match camp.

Registered Teams: Information on participating teams can be found under the tab "Registered Teams". A few teams are still missing from the list, but we expect these to be finalized during autumn. 

Important dates

It is very important to keep these dates in order for us to be able to book tickets, hotels and more:

  • List of players and accompanying persons: By October 13, 2024

  • Invoice sent out: October 27, 2024 - NOTE the invoice also includes accompanying persons

  • Invoice paid: By November 8, 2024  

  • Hotel voucher will be sent out by October 27

Game schedule

The fixture list will be published below in the second half of October 2024. Each team is guaranteed five matches:

  • Friday: One match, after arrival 

  • Saturday: Three matches

  • Sunday: One match, before departure

All matches will be played between Finnish and Swedish teams.
